am Loraine Kennedy and I have more than 20 years
experience of successfully
offering skill development, change
management and conflict resolution,
mostly to small businesses and the
public sector. I work either directly
with company directors and managers
or with HR and training departments. I also have
expertise
in facilitating complicated communications
to third parties, for example to residents
groups.
Having worked as a senior manager,
studied business and positive psychology,
and successfully applied Solution Focus
and other leading-edge and international
best practices to difficult situations,
I know people are the key to ultimate
success.
My
passion is for developing people
and in seeing their increased confidence
in doing their job ever better. To
