way we work
In one-to-one sessions with a trained coach you focus on your issues
and get support to achieve the change you want. At the initial ‘agreement
phase’ we establish both long- and short- term goals. From each
session you take away new insights and observation tasks or action points
to work on. Then, through a review process, you will see your progress
and your skills developing.
